In order to successfully register and complete your costume booking with Passion Carnival you will be required in the first instance to issue to us a non-refundable deposit as follows:
Backline – TTD $1,500
Frontline– TTD $2,000
After which you WILL BE required to pay any balance on the selected costume of your choice upon collection, on or before Carnival Friday (Friday 24th February 2017). Please note that this deposit is required regardless of the price of the costume. After the date for collection has passed all uncollected costumes become property of Passion Carnival to be resold or distributed at Passion Carnival’s discretion.
In an effort to facilitate our members, Passion Carnival will be offering payment options either by cash or linx ONLY (Cheques will not be accepted as a form of payment) prior to collection or upon collection of costumes.
Once registered for any section of Passion Carnival 2017 there will be:
No exchange of costumes/sections
No change of measurements/sizes
No returns accepted
No costume transfers
This is due to carnival costumes being custom-made items therefore the above will not be facilitated once orders are placed.
Costumes remain the property of Passion Carnival until paid for in full and collected.
Regarding collection of costumes:
Costume packages must be collected in person with a valid form of ID. Persons may collect the costume in their name only. If another person needs to collect a costume for you, please have a written letter signed stating that the person is collecting the costume and a copy of your ID attached to the letter.
The costume distribution schedule will be released via electronic or social media (Facebook/Instagram: Passion Carnival).
